UK only: Our prices exclude VAT. 20% will be added at the checkout.
Rest of world including Europe, USA, Canada, Australia: Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. You will become the importer of the goods. A commercial invoice will be attached to the packaging. We ship ‘DAP’ (Delivered at Place), which means that the courier company will pass on any VAT/Tax and duties levied in your country.
The courier will contact you before or after delivery with an 'Import Fee', this may breakdown to around 8% import duty, and 20-22% sales tax/VAT/GST. The sales tax should be recoverable through your business accounts.
Outside the UK, our products are sold without tax/VAT, so no matter where they are shippied to, there will be a sales tax added on import.
